Khmer (red blend - special vintages)
Khmer (red blend - special vintages) - cabernet sauvignon, merlot. Wine of a thick ruby color with purple hues prepares us for his rich body by slowly crawling through the glass. The bouquet is pleasant, intense, mostly fruity, but with a noticeable presence of spices and leather and graphite notes. It reminds us of small red fruits and ripe plums, but also a bit of dried figs, especially lightly smoked figs. The taste is rounded, balanced, still fresh, with tannins that have not yet said the last word. Aftertaste clean, full, long lasting. Excellent accompaniment for meat of all kinds, including poultry, especially grilled. It goes well with mushrooms, offal dishes (liver, tripe), shrimp and mussels. All-vegetable and vegetable-meat dishes are not foreign to him, especially if one of the ingredients is tomatoes. He doesn't defend pizza, he loves legumes, even if there are dry ribs in the beans or just hot peppers.
